Beginnings
Originally there was a 'cartoon band' called 280 Sheets, fronted by none other than Trunkie the Toilet, who's comic strip graced the pages of Flexipop! back in the 80s.
280 Sheets
There were a few animated songs by this combo, and a few still exist on YouTube, but they were of very poor quality and were soon to be superseded by Two 80 Beats.
Upgrades
With the advent of new software, both audio and video started to improve. Bitwig Studio was now the DAW of choice and it was no longer a necessity to use Flash
DF118
Following the limited success of Two 80 Beats, there emerged a new band: DF118, initially promoted on the trunkie trunkwood YouTube Channel, before signing up with DistroKid for general distribrution.
